A cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours prior arrival. Later a cancellation of bookings and no-show are calculated with 80% of the room rate. During congresses a cancellation free of charge is possible 30 days orior arrival. During trade fair dates and bigger events cancellation is free of charge until 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation or now-show after this time 80% of the room rate will be charged.
