Different conditions apply during following trade fairs and conferences:
For the trade fairs Motorcycle World, Tuning World, HAM Radio and Modellbau, a cancellation free of charge is possible up to 6 weeks prior to arrival and for the trade fair AERO, a cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days prior to arrival, 6 pm. In the event of a later cancellation, no-show or early departure, 90% of the booked service will be charged for all the trade fairs mentioned. For the SPIEL DOCH! trade fair, any booking made can be canceled free of charge up to 12 noon 7 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, no-show or early departure, 90% of the booked services will be charged.For the FAKUMA trade fair, rooms can be canceled up to 42 days before arrival. Thereafter, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the room rate.

For the Dechema Forum conference, rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival - 6 pm. In the event of a later cancellation, no-show or early departure, 90% of the booked service will be charged.

For the St. Franziskus Foundation conference, a free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival - 6 pm. If canceled later, in case of no-show or early departure, 90% of the booked service will be charged.

Further cancellation conditions:

In the period from 01.05. to 04.05.2025 and 16.07. to 17.08.2025, the following conditions apply to all rooms and all Flex rates: Cancellation free of charge up to 07 days before arrival, thereafter 90% of the total price is due. Credit card authorization required.

Pets are welcome with an additional charge of € 20 per pet per day.

Tourist tax information

The tourist tax in Friedrichshafen is not included in the indicated price. The tourist tax must be paid on site.
