Our two cosy flats "LARA" and "WALTRAUD" are located only 250 m from the "Swabian Sea" and the harbour of the Lake Constance fleet. Enjoy the central location in the middle of the pedestrian zone and the beautiful lake view in the holiday flat WALTRAUD. Both flats are accessible without steps by lift and are located on the 3rd floor on the same level. The entrance to the building is between the Schmid clothing shop and the Commerzbank - go through the subway, then immediately left. There are public bicycle stands under the subway. Please note: There is no parking space for your car at the building - in the pedestrian zone. A few minutes' walk away there are parking spaces for which a fee is charged, e.g. the Seeparkplatz at the rear harbour in Eckenerstraße near the Esso petrol station or the Altstadt multi-storey car park, entrance in the Edeka Center BAUR. If you have a lot of heavy luggage, there is the possibility to use the pedestrian zone by car during the serving times from 6 -11 am and from 6 - 8 pm, for a short stop while unloading and loading. However, the car must not be left without a driver, as this would then be parked, for which there may be a ticket. Entry at other times is not permitted. Do you have a dog? At BodenSEE City Apartment WALTRAUD it is welcome upon prior request. For costs see link! However, it is not allowed to stay alone in the flat, so that fellow residents in the house are not disturbed by barking or howling. We also ask you to provide us with a dog liability insurance. Die Gäste-Abgabe Friedrichshafen ist in dem angegebenen Preis nicht inkludiert. Die Gäste-Abgabe ist verpflichtend vor Ort zu bezahlen. Sie beträgt ab dem vollendeten 18. Lebensjahr vom 01. April bis 31. Oktober 2,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 1,25 EUR und vom 1. November bis 31. März 1,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 0,75 EUR pro Person und Nacht. Kinder bis zum vollendeten 6. Lebensjahr, Geschäftsreisende, Behinderte (ab 80%) und ihre Begleitpersonen sind befreit (Stand Januar 2023).
