3-room flat in the first floor: two bed rooms (double bed and bed with 90x200 cm), living room with sleeping couch for 1-2 persons, kitchen, shower/toilet.

Garden with sunbathing area, outdoor playground for children, bread delivery service possible, Wifi. Public transport and shopping facilities are nearby.

• Von Oktober bis März auch längerfristige Vermietung möglich

• Anzahlung bei Buchung 50,00 € per Überweisung – wird im Stornofall als Bearbeitungsgebühr mindestens einbehalten.
• Stornobedingungen: 
  • Rücktritt bis 45 Tage vor Anreise   20%
    
  • Rücktritt bis 35 Tage vor Anreise   50%
    
  • Danach oder bei Nichterscheinen   80%
