Die ca. 73qm große Wohnung bietet eine vollständig eingerichteten Küche mit Essgruppe. Kaffeemaschine und Wasser-, Eierkocher, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Spül-/Trockentücher, Spülmittel und Geschirrtabs, Backpapier und Mülltüten stehen für die Anfangszeit bis zu 4 Tage bereit. Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Im Bad stehen Seife und Duschlotion für den Anfang zur Verfügung, sowie pro Woche 1 Badetuch und 2 Handtücher pro Person. Toilettenpapier 1 Rolle pro Person.

Schlafzimmer 1 hat ein Doppelbett, 2 Nachttische mit je einer Leuchte, sowie einen Schrank und eine Kommode und ein Ablagesessel. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten verfügt über einen großen Schrank mit Ganzkörperspiegel sowie einen Safe. Nachttische und 2 Leuchten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein kleiner Laptop-Tisch sowie 2 Stühle sind dort ebenfalls vorhanden.

Es gibt selbstverständlich kostenloses Internet. Ein Zugang ist für unsere Gäste ist geschaltet. Waschmaschine und Trockner können benutzt werden. Diese stehen separat, eine Gebühr wird berechnet. Ich weise meine Gäste gerne ein. Waschmittel ist selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Notfälle stehen Ihnen Reinigungsutensilien in der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett finden sich ebenso.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Fahrräder können auch ab- bzw. untergestellt werden.

Description

The vacation apartment is located in the center of Friedrichshafen. Up to 4 people can stay here. A parking space for the car is included.
Lake Constance is approx. 1 km away and can therefore be reached on foot in no more than 20 minutes. Families on vacation will enjoy the many recreational opportunities and the short distances for everyday activities. Business people appreciate the distance to the trade fair (only 3.5 km) and the airport (only 4.5 km). Amenities are within walking distance - butcher's shop 2 houses away with 24-hour vending machine, organic supermarket and bakery within 3 minutes walking distance. There is a post box at the butcher's shop. Cinema, sports pool, shopping center with small restaurants, bowling alley, pizzeria are about 500m away. So you are well provided for in any weather.
A bus stop is 200m away. The Echt Bodensee Card (visitor's tax) provides uncomplicated transportation options, which will enrich your stay.

We as hosts live in the house. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get any tips you may need at any time.

Conditions/extras

Please transfer 50% of the total price within 7 days of booking.
The balance can be paid by bank transfer 7 days before arrival or in cash on arrival.

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival.
If you cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival, you will receive 50% of the total price back.
From 2 weeks before arrival a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price is due.
