Description
The apartment is furnished to a high standard and modern and has a large, very cosy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious daylight bathroom with shower. There is a large, open-plan sleeping area on the upper floor. The flat is very bright and friendly. From the private balcony you have a marvellous view of our garden with the Allmansweiler stream and a paddock. Your free car park is located directly in front of the house. Bicycles or motorbikes can be parked in our garage. The nearest bus stop is 200 metres away and is served every half hour. The exhibition centre and Zeppelin hangar can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. The accommodation is equipped to save light and water. The electricity in this accommodation is partly generated by photovoltaic systems.

Please transfer a deposit of 10% of the stated amount at the time of booking. The booking will then be confirmed. If this is not possible due to a last-minute booking, cash payment on arrival will be accepted. The balance must be paid 60 days before arrival. A deposit of 200 EUR is payable in cash on arrival. The damage deposit will be refunded in full on departure, provided the accommodation has not been damaged. For bookings cancelled up to 60 days before the arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled up to 30 days before the day of arrival will be refunded 50%. Thereafter no refund will be made. Any costs incurred (e.g. agent's handling fee) in addition to the flat rent will be borne by the tenant. Please contact the host directly for bank details.
