Conditions/extras

A cancellation during trade fair dates is free of charge for individual travellers until 3 days before arrival, for groups (20 persons) a cancellation is free of charge until 8 weeks before arrival. Later 90% of the total amount will be charged.

For the AERO and FAKUMA trade fairs, all booked rooms that are cancelled within 4 weeks prior to arrival will be charged at 90% of the accommodation costs as cancellation costs. All prices are exclusive of visitor's tax.
