Die liebevoll eingerichtete und neu renovierte 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung (Nichtraucher) mit Ostbalkon liegt im ersten Obergeschoss des Hauses und bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Über eine kleine Diele sind der Wohnbereich, das Bad sowie das Schlafzimmer verbunden.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein vollwertiges Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) mit elektrischem Lattenrost, sowie ein Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel und eine Kommode.
Unsere Bettdecken sind in Übergrößen (155 x 220 cm). Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einer bequemen Eckcouch.

Description
This comfortable non-smoking holiday flat is situated in a calm neighbourhood in Fischbach, a district of Friedrichshafen, close to the Lake Constance. The cosy and well-kept two-room flat (40 sqm) on the ground floor has a balcony to the south and is suitable for 2 persons. One bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Only a few minutes to the lakefront and the lido. Shopping facilities and public transport are nearby.
Conditions/extras
On the property, the terrace and the balcony smoking is not permitted for the benefit of all housemates of the house. Your dog is welcome to spend the holiday with us (surcharge). Second dog only on request. Please keep in mind - even a dog who is easily left alone at home can, if left alone in a strange environment, bark / howl / yell and / or destroy objects (such as doors / doorframes) for fear of loss.
